The New York Haiti Project Inc. is a New York not-for-profit corporation incorporated in 2024.  We have applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a 501(c)(3) organization.  When our status is recognized, it will relate back to the date of our incorporation.    Assuming our 501(c)(3) status is recognized, all donations whenever received are tax deductible.

The New York Haiti Project Inc. has ultimate authority to use contributions made to us to advance our mission as determined in the discretion of our board of directors. We also accept designated donations for specific projects.

We strive for complete financial transparency. Here you will find the profit and loss statement for our program when it was carried out as a part of the ministry of the Haitian Episcopal Church of the Good Samaritan.  We will update this statement regularly. Please contact us with questions.
